Special edition Pasithea Bar~A fundraiser for the Crisis Center of Birmingham (available May 1st)

In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month this May, Chocolatá is proud to collaborate with Dr. Christina Pierpaoli Parker of Birmingham Mountain Radio’s Mental Health Monday and local herbalists, Walden Farmacy, to create a truly healing experience: the special edition Pasithea Bar. Named after the Greek goddess of rest & relaxation, this thoughtfully crafted bar blends the soothing properties of Damiana and rose honey—with a luxurious chocolate ganache and our signature chocolate hazelnut praline. Each layer is designed to support emotional well-being. This special treat is a celebration of community, care, and the power of intentional indulgence.

All proceeds will support The Crisis Center of Birmingham -- which aims to serve the unmet needs of people in Central Alabama experiencing personal crisis or mental health issues.
