The set includes Chocolatá's chocolate charcuterie, your choice of 1# sausage (blueberry breakfast patties or Italian fennel-*not in casing), and last but not least an original Sausage Empire Tee, "Finally A Sausage That Satisfies" select your sausage and select your size! We will package it up in a beautiful gift box with ice packs for your pickup date! You can keep this refrigerated for several days before gifting. (chocolate charcuterie contains gluten)
