Soma in Sanskrit connotes the moon, and was a post Vedic Hindu mythological medicinal deity, all the reasons we felt an appropriate name for this bar inspired by the Indian recipe of Golden Milk. Made with the finest single origin white chocolate from Ecuador that is made with milk from hand milked, grass fed cows in a community of farmers in the foothills of the Andes. We added turmeric & spices with dried ginger pieces to create this comforting and warming bar, perfect for the seasons of cool weather but also healing year round.
