Delta at Dusk
This was one of the very first bars created when Chocolatá was conceived. Owner Kathy D’Agostino wanted to create a bar with local flavors of the south. Made with a blend of single origin chocolates from South America to create a darker milk blend of milk chocolate, Kathy roasts pecans in brown sugar and spices with fresh rosemary to make the inclusion for this bar that is finished with a dusting of smoked sea salt.
